You are transitioning to a new role or a new department, and you need to give the TeamMood administratives tasks to someone else?

If you are the focal point between your organisation and TeamMood, and you have to handover your TeamMood's administratives duties, here is what you need to do.

Please contact us at support@teammood.com, and give us the following informations:

  • the name of the team(s) you manage on TeamMood

  • the name and email address of the person who'll be our new focal point (maybe put her•him in cc of the email).

  • If relevant, tell us if the credit card on file must be changed.

  • And feel free to ask any questions you have, don't be shy 😎

We'll then contact the new person and give her•him the admin right, and guide them on how to administer TeamMood.

If relevant, we'll send her•him a link to update the credit card. As we need to always have a credit card on file, your card will be used until it's updated by the other person.
