I don't receive the Mood email

What to do when you don't receive the daily Mood email.

Whitelist the TeamMood email

The first thing to do is to whitelist the TeamMood email address so that it is not considered as spam.
Here are the instructions for the main email clients:

Check Your Spam Folder

Go check your spam folder, the email may have been ended there.

Check Your Email Address

Sometimes people enter email addresses with typo. Just head to your settings to check if the email address is correct.

Add us on the Safe Senders list on Outlook 365

Please add us to your Safe Senders list so that our email will not end in your Junk folder. Here is a short video explaining this:

Maybe you received a warning from your email server?

Sometimes, company's email server filter our emails and ask you to allow them.

Here is an example of such notification:

In this case, you have to click on "Release and Allow Sender".
