You can update several teammates properties at the same time using the batch mode, in five small steps:
Go to your TeamMember setting by clicking on "Admin" menu item and then on "My Team Members" in the "Team Updates" section.
Select the team members you want to update, either individually (1) or all using the top checkbox (2).
Click on "Update x selected team members".
Select which property you want to update in the dropdown menu.
Select the new value (1) and validate (2).
And voila, easy as pie! :)
