What is Triage?

Triage is your first stop for all new team feedback. Instead of seeing a long, overwhelming list of comments, Triage allows you to process new items one by one, ensuring every voice is heard without slowing you down.

How it Works

For every new comment, you have three clear paths:

  • Keep: Move the item to your Backlog. Use this for feedback that requires a deeper look, a long-term plan, or discussion with other managers.

  • Dismiss: Archive the item to the Timeline. Use this for simple praise, general "FYI" comments, or items that don't require further action.

  • Reply: The "express lane." If a comment is a quick fix or just needs a simple acknowledgment, you can reply directly from the Triage screen and move on.

Why use Triage?

  • Focus: Process one thought at a time.

  • Efficiency: Clear your inbox in minutes using keyboard shortcuts (Left Arrow to Dismiss, Right Arrow to Keep).

  • Organization: Keeps your Backlog clean so you only focus on what truly matters.
